The National Restaurant Association released its annual survey of 700 professional chefs - members of the Culinary Federation - to predict food and beverage trends for the coming year. NCRLA Stars of the Industry tickets on sale now

The North Carolina hospitality industry is brimming with outstanding leaders who go above and beyond, raising the bar for excellence in performance, service and commitment to the industry. NCRLA's 2018 Stars of the Industry Awards presented by Sysco will recognize members' exemplary performance and qualities that set the high standards for the industry to achieve.

Tickets for the celebration gala and awards presentation are now available. Individual tickets are $125; tables of 10 are $1,200. PURCHASE TICKETS HERE.

Awards will be given that evening in the following categories: Restaurateur of the Year; Restaurant Employee of the Year—management level; Restaurant Employee of the Year—line level; Lodging Operator of the Year; Lodging Employee of the Year—management level; Lodging Employee of the Year—line level; Hospitality Supplier of the Year; Griff & June Glover Award for Distinguished Service; Lifetime Achievement Award; Ken Conrad Award for Service to the Community; NCRLA Chef of the Year; NCRLA Pastry Chef of the Year, and the NCRLA Mixologist of the Year.
